检验员

Purpose & Objectives of Position 岗位目的负责项目产品的前端检验工作，对前端供方的制程与结果，进行质量确认，保留验收记录，必要时参与陪同客户见证，并对项目验收过程出现的质量不符合项进行跟踪整改，形成闭环管理。Be responsible for the inspection of project products on supplier side, conduct quality acceptance for supplier manufactureprocess and shipments, keep acceptance records, accompany customers to witness when necessary, and track andrectify non-conformities that occur during the project acceptance process to form a closed-loop management.Specific Accountability 具体职责1.参与项目前期制造技术标准和验收要求的确认Advanced participate in the confirmation of manufacturing technical standards and acceptance requirements2.理解并掌握项目制造执行标准和验收要求并创建相关程序文件Understand and master the project manufacturing execution standards and acceptance requirements, and create relevantprocedure documents3.根据既定执行标准和验收要求对供方制造过程和结果进行验收并保留记录Inspect the supplier manufacture process and results according to the requirements, keep records4.参与客户在供方端的见证陪同并纠正质量相关不符合项Participate in customer witnessing on supplier side, accompany and correct quality-related non-conformities5.根据要求审核供方端质量文件及记录Review of the supplier quality documents and records as required6.直线领导安排的其它质量相关工作。
