Put 3D models in software Magma and set up parameters of simulation.

Evaluate simulation results and adjust geometry of pouring system and feeders for optimal results.

Send results from simulation to local Foundry engineering teams.

Assist the Foundry engineering teams, R&D and Quality teams in failure analysis.

Cooperate with R&D and Foundry engineering teams in searching and development of new technologies.

Cooperate with external companies in preparing and proofing data for simulation software.

1.Responsible for the 3D casting projects making.

2.Responsible for simulation of the casting projects.

3.Responsible for results sharing with Foundry engineering teams without delay.

4.Able to work with internal customers like Foundry engineering, quality, R&D.
