Sourcing Manager Key Raw Materials

Objective of the function:This is a full-time on-site role for a Sourcing Manager Key Raw Materials located in Yancheng , China. The Sourcing Manager will be responsible for evaluating and managing suppliers in China, negotiating prices, contracts and overseeing procurement processes. The role involves developing and maintaining supplier relationships and ensuring the procurement strategy aligns with the company's goals. Day-to-day tasks include development of category management strategies in the assigned product group. You are responsible to ensure supply chain continuity and procurement of high quality raw materials.Knowledge, experiences, education, skills, personal competencies and behaviors:• Qualified commercial training/bachelor’s degree/      and/or multi-year procurement experience in the textile           environment in international markets  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Category     Management or Strategic Procurement role • Supplier Management Skills, Price Negotiation• Experience in Procurement and Supplier Development• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Experience in the textile industry is a plus• Mandarin spoken language, English fluent
