Production Director

? Cooperating with support team to optimize the manufacturing process by improving personal skills, equipment, tools and flow layout to approach the best quality & efficiency. Be responsible for continuous improvement of production line through eliminating waste.

? Analyze staffing and production goals, make reasonable staffing suggestions, and propose workshop personnel development and retention plans.

? Organize daily production meetings, follow up improvement action plan. Coordinate with others to fix the issue during production.

? Maintains good labor relations with employees in accordance with contract, plant rules and regulations.

? Monitor the implementation of EHS police in production process, make sure a safety environment to achieved operation. Maintain proper 5S standards in production areas.

Qualification

? Bachelor degree or master degree in MBA, Business, Engineering, Mechanical, Management etc.

? 10+ years related experience in Production Management area, with a focus on automotive products delivery and a track record of improving production operation and reducing costs.

? Systems thinking/mindset, including the ability to create an understanding of a larger system by examining linkages and interactions between components.

? Demonstrate ability to provide an inclusive workplace that fosters the development of others.

? Fluent English in both written and oral communication.
