Key Responsibilities
61 Lead and execute end-to-end recruitment processes for critical positions across the organization, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
61 Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure timely and high-quality hires.
61 Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for various functions.
61 Support the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation, orientation, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.
61 Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and internal HR policies.
61 Maintain and update HR records and systems accurately and confidentially.
61 Assist in payroll administration, benefits management, and leave processing.
61 Organize employee engagement activities and support cultural initiatives to ensure a motivating workplace.
61 Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation in HR operations.
61 Stay updated on HR best practices, market trends, and regulatory changes.
Requirements
61 Bachelor's degree
61 Minimum 5 years of HR generalist experience, with proven expertise in recruitment and HR operations.
61 Familiarity with China, Macau and HK labor laws and HR practices mandatory.
61 Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
61 Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
61 Proficient in HRIS, MS Office, and recruitment tools.
61 Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English.
