Job Description：
The Test Engineer belongs to CVG Shanghai Test Lab Team and provides testing support in product validation and development. The candidate will be responsible for formulate testing DVP and complete testing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. In charge of DVP&R definition to meet product/components validation requirements and carry out testing items within leadtime
2. Establishment of test programs for testing the functionality and durability of sample
3. Documentation of test results and inspection results in corresponding reports
4. Support with fault analysis at all stages of product life cycle (samples/ validation/ analysis/ complaints/requalification ...)
5. Develop tools and fixtures for self-defined requirements
6. Follow lab procedures and ensure compliance with ISO/IATF16949 and CNAS regulations.
7. Thinking proactive and creatively, could undertake work challenge
Skill & Experience Required (by priority):
1. 3 or above years of experience in the automotive or commercial vehicle industry
2. 2 or above years of experience in Seat testing is preferred
3. Technical background, quality system experience (IATF16949, CNAS etc.) is preferred
4. Team spirit, strong communications skill
5. Resourceful, Creative, Hands-on mindset
6. Fluent English is preferred
Education background:
BS in Mechanical Engineering or equivalen
