Supplier Quality Engineer

2. Establish and Maintain the quality standard with suppliers.

3. Proactively communicate information or issues that may impact the product quality or costs of manufacturability to all affected departments.

4. Ensure all incoming and production critical issues are resolved with suppliers in a timely manner, and corrective actions are implemented as appropriate.

5. Establish an annual audit plan for key suppliers, and lead the audits based on the plan;

6. Monthly/ Quarterly review the supplier performance, and drive the continuous improvement.

7. Material database establishment and maintenance, such as the TDS, MSDS, SGS reports;

8. Be responsible to UL management, and maintain the status timely;

9. Other duties assigned by quality manager;

任职要求：

1. Bachelor degree or equivalent

2. 5+ years working experience in related manufacturing industry, and supplier quality management.

3. To have the background in RDC/Printing material is preferred.

3. Good knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO

14001.

4. Demonstrate strong knowledge of analytical skills, in regards to statistics needed for quality tools (8D, 5 why, FMEA, SPC, QCP, etc.).

5 .Good communication skills mainly to communicate with the suppliers and internal operation team.

6. Good English skill in both written and oral.

7. Highly motivated, able to work independently.

8. Team cooperation spirit.
