自动化设备机械开发工程师(东莞)

职位概述：

工作职责：负责非标自动化设备的机构设计和设备导入，包括cable线材处理、焊接设备(加锡焊/激光焊)、组装设备等

任职要求：全日制本科以上学历，机械相关专业；5年以上相关工作经验，具有良好的机械设计知识（夹具、标准件和电机选型等），SOLIDWORKS/UG熟练；可阅读英文版相关技术文档；良好的沟通表达能力，逻辑条理清晰，责任感，抗压，团队合作能力。

What You Will Do

1.Work independently for automation equipment design & manufacturing & qualification.

2.Come out the feasibility report for the Semi-auto & automation project.

3.Conduct automation equipment proposal & design.

4.Upload or modify nonstandard automation equipment & tooling, evaluate the settings and conditions of equipment & tooling after being modified or uploaded.

5.Support manufacturing operations to dramatically improve the quality and efficiency.

6.Edit the document for machine. Support new product development through automation production line in NPI process.

7.Maintain a base knowledge of key technologies, Support new product development through automation production line in NPI process.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

1.BS, major in mechanical or related.

2.More than 8 years experience in large manufacturing plant or professional equipment company, with minimum 6 years working experience in automatic design, experience in automation environments.

Be proficient with no-standard mechanical equipment.

3.Proficient in 3D software of UG or Solid work.

4.Communication skills & team work.

5.Pro-active; Positive; Confident.
