● Manage supplier non-conformity cases to minimize the disturbance to internal manufacturing workshops and external customers.

● Drive Supplier quality performance improvement with clear KPIs in place, and analyze supplier quality indicators to ensure the efficiency of improvement actions.

● Plan and execute supplier development projects together with category managers, to build a world-class supplier base with the requested supply capacity and quality performance.

● Work with category manager on supplier relationship management, to promote supplier partnership with Bühler.

● Be familiar with the hardware related to Automation and Electrical applications, including but not limited to: temperature sensors, pressure sensors, proximity sensors, electrical testing equipment, and various auxiliary equipment such as: wire harness assembly machines, circuit board testers, and electrical safety compliance equipment.

● Have a good understanding of the properties and functionalities of various electrical components and automation systems.

● Have experience in Automation and Electrical applications, focusing on hardware components, and possess a strong background in proactive improvement actions with suppliers.

● Be able to communicate effectively with internal automation experts and support suppliers in implementing advanced automation and electrical solutions.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering

● Minimum 8 years of work experience in multinational companies

● Minimum 3 years of supplier quality management experience

● At least 5 years working experience in sheet metal field

● Good English both in spoken and written

● Familiar with Microsoft Office

● Solid quality management knowledge

● Good skills in communication, coordination and cooperation
