职位描述
1. 通过电子邮件或电话的方式,处理客户的咨询及服务需求;
Handle customer enquiries and services request through e-mail and phone;
2. 处理和确认货物订单信息,及时将订单转达给相关操作部门;
Process and confirm shipment orders information,pass the SO to related operation departments in time;
3. 督促操作部追踪货物订单状态,并准时反馈给客户并就订单状态与客户进行沟通;
Supervise operation team to monitor shipment orders status and feedback to customer timely;
4. 为海外办公室和客户提供准确和良好的KPI报告;
Produce accurate KPI report with good performance to overseas office and customers;
5. 及时处理并汇报客户投诉和紧急事件并按照上级指示执行;
Handle and report customers’ complaints, urgent handling case on time according to manager’s order;
6. 准备并完成不时指派的特殊任务;
Prepare ad-hoc assignment and orders from time to time on time;
7. 定期检查账单;
Check-up bills from time to time;
8. 追收账款;
Collect debts regularly;
9. 领导和监督CS的日常工作和任务;
Lead and supervise CS daily operation and tasks;
10. 维护内部和外部关系的发展;
Maintain internal and external relationship development;
11. 作为客户新的咨询和投诉的联络人;
Act as contact point for new enquires and complains;
12. 确保客户满意度;
Ensure customers satisfaction level;
13. 跟踪问题解决,以解决问题为导向;
Tracking record of problem solving and solution oriented;
14. 开发潜在的业务和客户需求;
Develop potential business and needs from customers;
15. 完成直属领导交付的工作。
