Quality Engineer（浙江云和）

1. Participate in the new product development at each stage of pilot and identify the potential safety issues and possible risk.

2. Coordinate with the external lab and the internal lab for MND quality testing and compliance testing per test protocol and drive for corrective actions.

3. Lead the suppliers to develop and implement process control plan to evaluate readiness of new product to move from pilot production to bulk production.

4. Coordinate to investigate and monitor customer complaints and lead internally to solve the customer complaints and issues.

5. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

1. Major in engineering or science background of college degree.

2. At least 3 years’ experience as QE engineer in toy field. Experience with wooden toys is advantage.

3. Familiar with toy regulations, e.g., EN, ASTM, SOR, ISO and GB standards.

4. Good knowledge of the different production processes, e.g., injection molding, textile, spray painting, PCBA, etc.

5. Proficient in Microsoft office, e.g., Word, Excel and PPT.

6. Familiar with problem solving techniques.

7. Fluent oral English.

8. Be able to travel frequently.
