Industrial Engineer

1. Project Management for internal processes as well as complete projects (f.e. new cockpit or new line) in case of capacity problems in the region.

2. Layout planning and documentation in Auto CAD.

3. CAPEX specification, technical follow up, steering of the installation and spare part definition (e.g. tightening).

4. Planning/adjustment of the preventive and corrective maintenance plan (incl. E-Check).

5. Engineering Change Management (ECR/ECO) incl. calculation, bill of material, material planning, etc.

6. Steering of model changes, pre series cars and SOP/EOP.

7. Interface for technical departments of the customer for assembly process issues and technical changes.

8. Coordination of necessary E-Check adjustments.

9. Create, implement and review processes incl. all necessary documents (MTM, Standardized Work, MIFD, etc.) under consideration of SC-/CC-characteristics, traceability of D-parts and ergonomics aspects.

10. Capacity planning via MTM and permanent adaptation according to the customer takt time (KVT) and engineering or process adaptations.

11. Process (assembly and logistics) and equipment FMEA.

12. Applying of all standard principles of the OES (Operational Excellence System).

Requirements:

1. Degree in mechanical engineering or comparable.

2. State of the art in technology / system / IT / SPC / MSA.

3. Lean Manufacturing, FMEA, MTM and Statistic methods.

4. Ability to analyze and optimize complex processes in assembly and logistics and communicate effectively to all levels.

5. Team or project leadership experience desired.

6. Experience in automotive industry (2-3 years).

7. Business focused and results orientated, Workstation Rating.

8. Project management, Presentation and moderation techniques, Create and validate of technical documents.

9. Great oral and written English.
