2. Communicate with customer for project SOR input like function、appearance、DVP、process

就产品SOR 要求的功能、外观、材料、DVP、FMEA、开发进度与客户进行沟通协调，确保主机厂各项输入的合理准确

3. By the client input to finish seat mechanism product (track, recliner , latch) package design

根据主机厂的输入，进行座椅机构件的设计匹配开发,主要产品有滑轨/调角器/锁扣

4. With the project manager to complete development of new product, to ensure compliance with APQP requirements and project timing

配合项目经理完成新产品开发工作，确保开发符合APQP要求和项目进度

5. Prepare product SOR, follow up BOM, KPC, manufacturability report…etc, follow up the product trial out, testing result and on site technical support

准备产品任务书, 跟踪物料清单、产品关键特性、可制造性等报告，参与产品试制实验及现场技术支持;

6. Involved with production suppliers to analyze and solve quality problems, tracking solutions and actions

参与生产供应商质量问题的分析和解决，跟踪可选的方案和采取的行动;

7. Good development experience on seating mechnisms, i.e. tracks, recliner,latches

良好的座椅及构件产品开发经验，比如滑轨，***器，锁扣等

8. Knowledge of automotive development processes and standards， like ANPQP, PPAP…etc

熟悉汽车开发流程以及标准, 如ANPQP，PPAP等

9. Team player with good organization and problem solving skills

具有团队合作精神和良好的组织和解决问题的能力

10. Willing to travel domestic and oversea.

具有国内外出差意愿

11. All other tasks assigned by superior
