We are looking for a Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Quality team at Minhang Plant for our Commercial vehicle solution division.
Your tasks:
Lead claim Management Suppliers.
Lead the supplier quality management after safe launch.
Responsible for intern company supplier management.
Lead supplier re-qualification plan and validation.
Perform annual process audit if necessary.
Lead for Supplier Performance monitor and improvements.
Support Supplier Readiness.
Read Across to the suppliers of the same type.
Responsible for supplier annual quality target agreement.
Responsible for identifying defective parts from suppliers and claiming for scrap materials.
Organize and track supplier's systematic improvement work based on annual performance to improve supplier's overall level.
Participate in the analysis of company quality issues.
Your profile：
Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Vehicle Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
More than 3 years’ experience in vehicle components.
Deep understand IATF16949 and VDA6.3;
Familiar with the commercial vehicle components related technologies.
Deep understand APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA,FMEA;
Familiar with SQM system, like QD83, PSCR and so on;
Proficient in using office software (such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
Master various quality analysis tools.
Fluent daily English communication, reading and writing of English materials.
Strong skills in problem solving.
Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit, proper skills of organization.
Good communication, listening and interpersonal skill.
