Production Engineer-生产制程工程师

1. 进行生产线的规划，架设，保养，维护，保证新产品产线顺利导入生产；

Plan, set up, maintain the production line to ensure smooth introduction of new products.

2. 负责新产品的SOP编制，生产设备治具的设计制作，试产前，软件，设备的准备、调试和确认及试产问题点处理等，完成试产报告；

Responsible for SOPs, design and fabrication of production fixtures, preparation of software and equipment before pilot production, handling pilot production issues and complete the pilot production report.

3. 到产线进行生产维护，监督生产状况，分析生产过程中异常原因，处理生产异常，降低生产不良率，确保生产顺利进行，改善生产效率；

Conduct production line maintenance, monitor production conditions, conduct root causes analysis and address abnormalities in the production process to reduce production defect rates and improve production efficiency.

4. 通过评估、优化生产工时，提高、优化生产效率（产能）；

Evaluate and optimize standard production time to enhance and optimize production efficiency (capacity).

5. 负责进行公司所有产品生产工艺改良，生产工艺资料收集整理建档；

Responsible for process improvement of all company products and for collecting, organizing, and archiving production process documentation.

6. 配合品保部门做好产品品质检验标准的制定；配合采购部做好供应商评估。

Cooperate with quality assurance department to establish product inspection standards; collaborate with purchasing department to conduct supplier evaluations.

任职条件：

1）机电、自动化或计算机专业，本科或以上学历；

Bachelor's degree or above in mechatronics, automation, or computer science.

2）有10年以上塑胶电子行业生产工程师或工艺工程师工作经验;

At least 3 years of experience as a production engineer or process engineer in the plastic electronics industry.

3）了解塑胶模具结构，熟悉结构设计软件（AutoCAD、Creo等）,对复杂问题能进行统计分析；了解测试相关的网络连接运维知识或Unix指令（或有能力学习）更佳。

Familiar with the plastic molds and relevant design software (such as AutoCAD, Creo); able to analyze with statistic tools for complex problems. Knowledgeable about network connection for testing or Unix (or capable of learning) is an advantage.

4）具有良好的沟通协调能力；具有团队协作精神；具有工作责任心；

Possess strong communication and coordination skills; have a team spirit; demonstrate a sense of responsibility at work.

5）能适应出差；持有C1/C2驾照，能熟练开车。

Able to travel on business; hold a C1/C2 driver's license and be able to drive proficiently.

6）英语实际水平4级以上，读、写流利。

Have an actual English proficiency level above CET-4, with fluent reading and writing skills.
