Hitachi Energy Transformer Business Unit in Greater China operates across 55 cities, employs over 1,900 staff, and manages 5 transformer manufacturing plants. How you’ll make an impact

You will be responsible for production process quality control, production process inspection, and monitoring the product production process, nonconformity report (NCR: SAP QN) submission, processing, re-inspection, tracking, validation, closure.

You will provide feedback on non-compliance with safety, design, process and quality procedures, issue NCRs and facilitate their resolution, and follow up to verify the effectiveness of corrective action implementation and organize product team acceptance inspections, feedback and resolution of issues during the acceptance process.

You will identify major shop floor problems and assist shop floor authorities in making improvements, participate in quality improvement projects, feedback on checkpoints that need to be added or corrected in the QIC card, train operators on QIC card and other quality related issues. Check the implementation of the QIC card.

You will follow project orders, read technical agreements and OS key design lists, identify concerns and special designs, complete ITP, including ITP implementation and validation, prepare customer documents and update the QIC card according to the BA file and quality status. Check the execution of the QIC card.

You will be part of workshop site inspection and inspection and operator qualification certification, training, including organization, implementation, to ensure the effect.

You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
●
Bachelor or above, Electrical or Mechanical engineering or equivalent.
●
2 years of experience in power transformers or related.
●
Responsible, careful and proactive.
●
English grade 4 or above, good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
●
Good communication, coordination skills.
