1.负责高速电缆制造工艺，如挤压、布线和编织、护套工艺等，

2.建立新产品工艺，不断改进现有工艺和新工艺；

知识和技能

1.了解生产设备的技术改造；

2.具备基本的英语口语和书面表达能力；

3.电缆行业工作经验优先。

工作职责

1.处理生产问题，提高质量和生产效率，降低废品率；

2.与整个工程团队合作解决工艺问题；

3.与质量工程师合作，处理质量问题；

4.处理生产过程的文件和修改，确保工艺文件正确并及时更新；

5.领导安排的其他临时工作

组织关系

向工程主管汇报，与生产团队和质量团队密切合作。

JOB PROFILE and DESCRIPTION

1. In charge of high speed cable manufacturing process, such as extrusion, cabling and braiding, jacketing process and so on,

2. To establish new product process and continuously improve the existed and new process;

Knowledge and Skills

1. Know the technical reform of the producing equipment;

2. Basic skill in oral and written English;

3. Work experience in the cable industry is preferred

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

1. Deal with the producing problem to improve the quality and production efficiency and lower the scrap;

2. Work with the whole engineering team to solve process issues;

3. Work with QA to solve complaint from customers and deal with quality issues;

4. Handle documentation and modification of the production process to ensure the process documents are correct and updated in time;

5. Other temporary work assigned by the leader

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

1.Occasional travel required

2.Ability to tolerate manufacturing environment – moderate noise levels and temperatures

3.Available 24/7 for any manufacturing issues and/or personnel support

4.Willing to learn and grow the business
