The Senior Commercial Project Manager (CPM) is responsible for all contractual, administrative, legal, tax, accounting and financial aspects of projects in execution. You keep the project team updated on financials and ensure compliance with guidelines. You'll work closely with various persons and departments. You continuously try to find synergies & use your network for exploring collaboration opportunities. If an agile & lean approach for operations is your strength, you are the perfect fit for us.

How You’ll Make an Impact

61 Coordinate with PMs to ensure successful project execution within budget and time constraints, including KPI

61 Maintain project calculations, reporting and FCF Forecast, and ensure the financial success of projects globally, working in close alignment with other CPMs

61 Lead variation order discussions

61 Create and oversee work breakdown structure (WBS) and planned costs, carry out invoicing, check payments

61 Handle Financial Guarantees, hedge, manage insurance and tax related implications, and implement efficient project controlling process & tools

61 Steering and coordination of financial reporting and its consolidation, ensuring the consolidated profit of the project, and supervising the local CPMs in the regions

What You Bring

61 Master’s degree in business administration or economics, strong cost controlling or project management background with sensitivity on costing as alternative

61 Extensive experience in managing complex external customer projects, international projects, and collaborating with customers directly. (Preferably with certification)

61 Good knowledge of MS-Office and SAP is necessary

61 Very good Chinese, as well very good English language skills

61 Strong human skills; communication, team spirit & mindfulness

61 Quick analytical thinking & problem solving
