新能源动力总成测试工程师

-Perform validation test of new and existing power transmission units, to support engineering research and development;

执行现有产品和新产品的验证试验，为工程研发提供技术支持；

-Work with design/product engineer to define the test syllabus and implement the test; Analyze the problems found and report the situation to the project manager and functional superior;

在项目阶段制定试验大纲及实施试验；对发现的问题进行分析并向项目经理及职能上级汇报情况；

-Check the test requirements (test method, sample status, test time), arrange and execute/track the test progress (internal test and outsourced test);

检查试验要求（试验方法、样件状态、试验时间），安排并执行/跟踪试验进度（内部试验和委外试验）；

-Write the test instruction, guide the test technician and operator to fulfill test task, comply with test procedure and specification;

编写测试指导书，指导试验技术员和操作员完成试验任务，遵循相关的测试流程以及试验规范；

-Analyze and track equipment resources, equipment maintenance and cooperating with annual verification;

分析跟踪设备的资源情况，设备的维护保养及配合年度检定；

-Based on the test verification results, draft a detailed test report, including test methods, test procedures, test results, and conclusions of re-evaluation of product performance and quality after testing;

根据测试验证结果，起草详尽的测试报告，包括测试方法、测试过程、测试结果，以及测试后对产品性能质量再次评估的结论；

-Communicate ideas for improving design or processes with a positive and constructive attitude, and for developing this attitude in others;

以积极和建设性的态度交流有关设计或加工工艺改进的想法，和发展这样的态度给其他成员；

Requirement

要求：

-Bachelor degree or above

本科以上学历

-Engineering with emphasis in mechanical and/or electrical disciplines or mechatronics technology;

机械和/或电气专业或机电一体化；

-Good user in Microsoft Office applications.

良好的使用微软办公软件。

-Be able to design the test fixture;

能设计测试工装；

-Be able to improve the capacity of the bench;

能改进设备的能力；

-Be able to statistical analysis of test data;

能统计和分析测试数据；

-Good knowledge in PMSM motor and inverter test in the development stage;

熟悉永磁同步电机和逆变器的开发测试；

-Good knowledge on fault diagnosis and troubleshooting on the electro magnetic compatibility (EMC);

熟悉电磁兼容(EMC)的故障诊断和排除；

-Good knowledge in electric hardware and use instrument;

有一定电器硬件知识，掌握测试仪器仪表设备的使用操作；

-3 or more years of engineering product development and lab testing. Preferred work experience of automotive or electric motor field;

3年以上工程产品开发和试验室测试经验。有汽车行业或电机行业工作经历的优先；

-Experience on fault diagnosis and troubleshooting on the electro magnetic compatibility (EMC);

有电磁兼容(EMC)的故障诊断和排除经验的优先；

-Experience on Lauterbach tool and Olimex tool using;

有 Lauterbach和Olimex 等工具的使用经验

-Experience with test programming based on Labview platform is plus;

有利用Labview平台进行试验程序开发的经历优先；

-Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, Mandarin and English;
