Purpose of Job:
Enhance IT policies and procedures, make and promote decisions at appropriate levels, and elevate digitalization standards. Foster effective communication and relationships within the company throughout the construction, pre-opening, and operational phases.
Major Responsibilities and Objectives:
1. Direct and manage the IT team, covering internal and external resource on development and rollout IT Projects during construction and pre-opening phases.
2. Develop and implement short and long-term strategies for multiple IT lines to achieve strategic goals and maximize sales and profit objectives to support TLX’s transition from construction to operation.
3. Spearhead IT initiatives for the pre-opening phase, including digital strategies and IT engagement frameworks, ensuring seamless transition into the operational period.
4. Oversee the planning, coordination, implementation, and management of information systems tailored to each phase of the project.
Major Tasks & Activities:
1. Monitor development and rollout IT progress and against targets. Setup reviews at each stage to ensure the program is meeting its objectives as it progresses from concept to specification, design, development, and launch
2. Responsible for the work coordination, task assignment and work guidelines of the IT team
3. Responsible for the organization and management of IT team, including personnel recruitment, performance appraisal, training management, etc.
4. Complete other tasks assigned by superior leaders and dotted leaders.
5. Ensure legal compliance is met in all marketing activities.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above majoring in Computer Science related, with solid experience in enterprise information construction both theoretically and practically.
2. Minimum 15 years’ experience in information construction for large groups, experience in company-level project with strong planning and analysis capabilities.
3. Experience in management of large- scale software project such as ERP, CRM, etc.
4. Proficient in digital management and related tools, with a proven track record to lead process construction, training, rollout, implementation, audit, and optimization in business areas
