Metrology Manager (职位编号：82823444)

1) Metrology Laboratory operation and management: including laboratory

planning, staff arrangement, equipment maintenance, etc.

2) Detection and quality control: supervise metering detection and

calibration work to ensure quality and accuracy.

3) External collaboration and innovation: communicate and cooperate with the

outside and promote technological progress and development.

2. Primary Responsibilities/Duties

1) Manage and monitor implementation of ISO 17025 for the manufacturing

location in China.

2) Oversee the maintaining the quality, participating in audits and

investigations.

3) Partner with New Product Engineering and with Operations to determine

priorities from their group.

4) Prepare, develop and/or approve the teams’ calibration methods and

techniques, automated calibration procedures, calibration test systems for the

calibration of Fluke products.

5) Responsible for the oversight of calibrations to transfer traceability

from Primary Standards to Laboratory Working Standards and test stands.

6) Lead and own multiple projects based on various priorities and timelines.

7) Support design engineers in development of metrological specifications for

new products.

8) Develop control charts and statistical process control for calibration

standards.

9) Look for ways to improve the calibration process.

3. Qualification

1) Experience working with an ISO 17025 Accredited Laboratory is highly

preferred.

2) 3+ years of solid calibration and metrology experience is highly preferred.

3) A bachelor’s degree with a technical or engineering focus is a plus.

4) Ability to work cross-functionally and lead large scale projects to

completion.

5) Experience with process improvements, metrics and work with both internal

and external customers with ease.

6) Fluent with verbal and written English.
