职位描述
1. 主导车载质量管理体系的策划、维护与管理，包含内外审、管理评审、体系流程优化及客户需求的应对等；
Leading the quality system management of automotive product, including quality system planning, maintenance and management, Leading the internal and external audit, management review, system process optimization and response to customer's demand accordingly.
2. 主导团队从建立直至关闭APQP各阶段的输入、输出及相应的评审、改进。
Leading the team in the input, output and corresponding review and improvement of each APQP phase, from the establishment to closure.
3. 主导车载质量体系持续改善的培训等相关活动。
Leading the training and other related activities for continuous improvement of automotive project on QMS.
4. 其他质量管理体系内外审的支持，包含有害物质管理体系、静电防护管理体系等。
Support for internal and external audits of other quality management systems, including QC080000, ESD20.20, etc.
5.部门经理安排的其他体系优化及持续改善工作。
Other system optimization and continuous improvement work arranged by the department manager.
要求：
1. 本科含以上学历（或同等）。
University undergraduate graduate (or equivalent).
2.至少五年以上质量管理体系管理工作经验
5 years+ working experience in QMS management at least.
3.熟悉FPCB和SMT制程
Familiar with FPCB and SMT process.
4.熟悉ISO9000,IATF16949,IECQ QC080000, ESD ANSI/ESD S20.20系统
Familiar with ISO9000,IATF16949,IECQ QC080000, and ESD ANSI/ESD S20.20 system
5. 熟悉IATF16949五大工具、QC七大手法、8D、Minitab等质量工具。
Familiar with quality analysis tools, such as IATF16949 5 tools, QC-7 Tools, 8D, Minitab and so on.
6.口语和书面英语交流良好
Good English communication both in writing and spoken.
7.在工作中有良好的团队精神
Good team player energy in work.
