ABOUT JCDECAUX ONEWORLD

JCDecaux OneWorld is a corporate division of the world’s largest outdoor advertising company, JCDecaux. The company is present in over 80 countries worldwide, and thus OneWorld was created as a strategic department to serve clients with multi-market advertising needs, allowing them to access our global portfolio of airport, street furniture and billboards through a single point-of-contact. We are recruiting an International Sales Executive to join the OneWorld Asia team.

KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

This position will require you to coordinate the sales of multi-market JCDecaux media products to clients from China and APAC.

The ideal candidate may come from a variety of different industries such as tech, gaming or e-commerce but should possess strong communication skills and could deal with multiple tasks in parallel, including but not limited to the following:

1, Identifying and prospecting potential clients and media agencies with a strong focus on Chinese brands expanding in overseas markets.

2, Working with JCDecaux business units across several countries to prepare customized multi-market media proposals.

3, Pitching media proposals to existing clients and prospects.

4, Overseeing the entire media-buying process from the brief-stage to implementation and post-campaign follow-up.

5, Assisting with all other client requests and developing strong relationships with clients in order to generate more revenue.

6, Maintaining smooth communication between all parties involved.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

1, Mandatory : Fluent in English and Mandarin (Oral & Written).

2, Good to have : Existing portfolio of Chinese clients.

3, Minimum 2 years working experience ideally in account management, sales & admin support or business development.

4, Energetic, outgoing, enthusiastic – be a proactive team member.

5, Self-driven, goal-oriented with a strong “get things done” mindset.

6, Proficient with numbers, strong attention to detail.

7, Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

8, Excellent listening, collaboration, negotiation and presentation skills.

9, Good planning and organizational skills.

10, Skilled in MS Office, particularly with PowerPoint & Excel

Salary: monthly base pay 8K-10K, plus annual bonus.
