合资公司财务副总监

1. Responsible for overall finance functions of a group of material joint venture in China, including accounting and audit, budgetary control, capital expenditure, financing, cash and treasury management, tax planning and compliance.

2. As the representative of Sembcorp, the DCFO assists the JVC in compliance operation and exercises the shareholders' right to know and make suggestions.

3. The DCFO shall take an active role in establishing policies, processes and systems in order to meet statutory, Board and respective shareholders requirements.

Key Accountabilities

1. Direct the accounting, tax and audit processes and ensuring a timely and adequate reporting of consolidated financial statements to meet relevant requirements from statutory and stakeholders;

2. Lead the development and monitoring of budgets in line with financial models and business directions set by the Board, as well as provide regular management analysis to support business needs and decision making;

3. Monitor the recovery of accounts receivable and cash flow, timely communicate the company's capital injection and project loan, promote the payment of dividends to shareholders, and improve the utilization rate of funds.

4. Identify risks in advance and facilitate the signing of shareholder resolutions for each business in accordance with the relevant requirements of the JVA to ensure effective internal control and to be in compliance with relevant rules and regulation and policies set by shareholders.

5. Work closely with the business team to solve commercial issues. Coordinate communication with major shareholders on pending matters to safeguard Sembcorp's interests.

6. Facilitate the internal/external audits performed by Sembcorp’s auditors, ensure compliance and legality of all work. Manage and develop the finance team.

7. Complete other tasks assigned by the superior.

Key Requirements

1. Degree in business administration, accounting or finance, CPA qualification preferred.

2. Minimum 15 years of working experience in auditing, accounting or corporate finance in reputable public listed companies.

3. Motivated, committed, and uphold high level of professional ethics

4. Matured personality with the ability to lead through influence across entire JV functions and shareholders.

5. Possess strong interpersonal skills, excellent attention to detail, and strong analytical skills

6. Proficiency in English and Chinese language
