1. Process plan (concept, specification, layout, logistics)

2. Key equipment investigation, slection, release and validate

3. Assembly Line design, consider material flow, material and ergonomics sufficiently

4. Fixture design and validate

5. Production capacity calculation and extend

6. Assembly work instruction

7. Routing maintenance

8. Process optimization and line balance

9. Solve the problem in production process in time

10. Semi automation and automation specification

Job Requirement

1. At least a Bachelor degree in mechanical or industry

2. Over 3 years relevant business experience in assembly

3. With good knowledge in assembly, Fixture design,and relevant

4. With good knowledge in Ergonomic and Logistic

5. With lean knowledge and thought

6. Language: English, good level

7. IT skills: Proe, CAD, solidworks / office software / SAP
