SQE工程师

1.Ensure the incoming

material quality from supplier during IQC inspection, process assembly and

customer complaint etc. And issue 8D to supplier timely for improvement which

caused by material. an onsite audit at supplier is performed if needed. （负责保障供应商所供材料的品质，在进料检验，生产过程中装配，客户抱怨等等，只要是由于材料问题引起，都要及时以8D的形式反馈供应商并要求改善，必要时进行现场审核检查）;

2.Join the supplier development and

audit and perform the audit via QSA/QPA to check whether the supplier is

qualified or not(参与供应商开发与审核，通过QSA/QPA的要求对新供应商进行审核打分，确认是否可以成为合格供应商):

3.Quarterly quality review by

Scorecard for supplier and request grade C supplier？ to take actions for improvement within due

day（每季度对所有供应商的品质现况进行Scorecard的评分，并对C级以下的供应商进行限期改善要求）；

4.Perform PPAP deployment and approval for new supplier（负责供应商PPAP的开展与批准）；

5.Perform 2nd source and 4M change validation

in module(负责2nd

Source 及供应商4M变更的验证计划及结果判定);

6.Perform annual QPA audit for

supplier and take actions according to audit result(负责供应商的年度审核，依要求评分并针对品质缺失项追踪结案);

7.Apply quality management tools to analyze

process quality problems, such as SPC, JMP and etc (运用质量工具对制程中的问题进行分析，如SPC, JMP等).

8.For customer

complains to provide support to analyze and improve. (针对客户端不良反馈的协助分析，推动改善)

9. Perform other duties as assigned by superiors （完成上级交办的其他工作）

Minimum Requirements (任职要求)

1.Bachelor degree in engineering, or above. (大学本科学历以上)

2.CET-6 in English , and fluency in English listening, speaking and writing is a must(英语达到六级，能够流利地进行听、说、写)

3.Familiar with electronic manufacturing process and be able to execute and solve quality problems. (熟悉电子厂制程，独立执行并解决过程品质问题)

4.Rich skills in 5 tools of SPC, MSA, FMEA, APQP, PPAP;(掌握质量管理五大工具)

5.Excellent communication and coordination skills and a strong sense of responsibility. (良好的沟通协调能力及较强的责任心)

Preferred Qualification优先资格要求：

1.relevant work experience more than two years is preferred (相关工作经验满2年优先考虑，供应商开发及改善管理，有供应商质量管理系统审核的相关经验)

2.Certified Quality Engineer, 6sigma green belt or black belt is a plus(有品质工程师证书，或6 Sigma绿带或黑带更佳).

3.Can accept over time(Up to 20%) under high pressure.(有抗压能力并能配合加班更佳)。
