To undertake, participate in equipment related works to ensure safe and efficient operation of utility and line equipment for maximizing OEEs, with an emphasis on Equipment related aspects. 担任，参与设备相关的工作，确保安全和有效的运作。确保生产线设备的***设备综合效率，重点关注设备相关方面的问题。

2．MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES 主要职责

2.1 Maintenance and repair of production line equipments, efficiently support daily production 维护和维修生产线设备，有效支持每日生产

2.2 Reduce unnecessary consumption and unnecessary usage of spare parts Detection of soft spots and root cause of production disruptions; troubleshooting，provide preventive maintenance plan 降低不必要的耗费和零配件的使用，发现生产中断的根本原因并修理故障，紧急维修后提出预防性维护措施。

2.3 Inspect the production line equipment，find the potential failure，shut down to maintenance if necessary 产线设备巡检，发现潜在失效，必要时停机处理

2.4 Troubleshooting lesson learn 总结并学习维修及保养的经验

2.5 Maintenance WI 参与维修维护的操作指导编写

2.6 Breakdown and maintenance record 负责完成停机和保养记录填写

2.7 Preventive maintenance plan 参与设备预防性维修计划制定

2.8 Weekly & monthly maintenance 负责每周与月度设备维护TPM保养

2.9 Spare parts requirement report 参与设备备件的需求提报

2.10 Independent familiarization with new techniques and equipment in order to collaboration during installation of new manufacturing lines and equipment, commissioning of new equipment 熟悉新技术和设备，协作新生产线的安装，新设备的试运转和调试

2.11 New technical & new variant setup 支持新技术与工艺转换的调整设置

2.12 Machine acceptance 支持设备验收工作

2.13 Assist Team Leader Maintenance (Electrical, PLC) to achieve other tasks 其他支持性维修工作

3. KEY COMPETENCIES/ 资格能力要求

3.1 Basic English in both oral and written 具备基本英语沟通（读、写）

3.2 Skilled in use of computer. 能够熟练使用计算机

3.3 Must be evaluated and achieve the minimum requirement as defined in the skill matrix evaluation assessment. 需满足并达到该岗位技能矩阵的最低胜任力要求。

4. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE/ 教育及经验要求

4.1 Minimum 1 year experience in Equipment maintenance area 一年设备维修相关经验

4.2 College or above education in Electrical Engineering, including PLC机械，机电工程类专业大专及以上学历（含PLC 专业）

4.3 Experiences in automation technology, electrics, PLC, pneumatics 具备自动化技术、电气、PLC、气动等方面工作经验
