2.按照公司程序和销售部门进行新定点项目的交接，制定可行的项目计划。

According to company current kick off procedure from sales team; and work possible project timing schedule.

3.召开项目启动会议，明确项目小组各成员职责并推动小组成员完成项目任务。

Take kick off meeting; define team members’ duty and animation of a cross-functional team supporting the project.

4.更新项目开发进度表，及时组织项目评审，跟踪项目计划执行情况并定期汇报。

Update project development schedule, Timely project review the execution of project development tasks and planning follow-up.

5.监控投产准备（包括产线，设备，模具，检具，原材料，人力资源，文件等）

Launch readiness including all required manufacturing resources (lines, machines, molds, gauges, raw material, human resources, documentation…)

6.在项目开发阶段进行客户活动的交流协调，并且与团队合作进行问题对策处理。

Manage customer communication, coordination, and issue resolution within the team for new projects launch

7.项目阶段性APQP Phase评审，与项目团队完成对应的文件并存档.

Implement project phase review with team and filling all related documents.

8.定期进行项目状况及问题汇报；

Regularly report the project status and escalation issue on time 100%.

9.项目阶段样品跟踪和工程变更执行与管控。

Project sample tracking & Engineering change control

10.部门经理或主管安排的其他工作。

任职资格Requirements:

1.本科及以上学历。

Bachelor degree or above

2.接受过质量相关知识方面的培训，如质量五大工具，8D问题解决方法，TS16949质量体系。

Familiar with 8D-Problem Solving, TS16949 quality management system and five tool

3.3年以上项目经验，1年以上汽车行业制造背景

3 years project experience or 1year manufacturing background in automotive industry or above

4.熟悉汽车零部件行业产品和过程开发流程

Familiar with products & process development systems in automotive industry.

5.具备较强的沟通能力。

Great communication ability

6.英语口语和写作流利。

Excellent English skill in verbal and written
