职位描述
Responsibility: （此岗位工作时间有三种：一种是周一至周五早上6点--早上9点，周六早上6点--晚上10点，周日早上6点--下午2点，居家办公。一种是周一至周五早9晚6，周六和周日休息，在公司上班。一种是周一至周五下午2点-晚上10点，周六和周日休息，在公司上班。三选一。）
- Provide email and phone support.
- Communicate with user and response the issues status.
- Investigate the issues, try to find the root cause and solution.
- Online troubleshooting.
- Write the documents related to support work.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree of IT or English, CET-6 and TEM-8 is preferred.
- Fluent oral and written English
- Familiar with the software development/test/support process
- Well communicate skill
- Technical business understanding.
- Good knowledge of banking business would be better.
