Service Operation Manager

We aim to win user satisfaction for users in the Decathlon store, office and warehouse. We also support the expansion of the countries in the Asia zone.

In collaboration with the United Team, you will work closely with Asian countries in order to provide them with the best service. You can also create a new project once you have a creative and valuable idea .

Your Responsibilities：

-Implement IT infrastructure and network for new store & production office & Warehouse opening in Asia Zone

-Manage Decathlon Asia site opening process includes our stores, warehouses and offices;

-Pre study, manage and deploy digital projects related to business requests

-Build synergy with International team to exchange projects and support

-Manage functionally Suppliers and on site engineers to guarantee the quality of IT solution

-Report and define the action, plan to improve support performance

-报告并确定改进支持绩效的行动计划。

任职要求:

- Good oral English capabilities & Communication skills.

- Have opening or operation experience.

- 3-5 years IT work experience.

- Experience on supplier management

- Good sense to define service process and Change management

- Project Experience

- Good understanding of Windows Client, Windows Server, Active Directory, Linux is plus

- Good understanding of TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, WLAN

- Accept business travel
