Job Purpose：
61 This position is responsible for internal quality system control, lab management and teamwork with CTS and PD to enhance and maintain customer relationship.
61 In charge of quality KPI such as: PMM, plant recovery and unplanned quality losses.
61 Lead Internal and external audit, as a window to support new projects and customers qualifications.
61 Monitor and manage key suppliers’ performance to support business requirement.
61 Continue to improve quality system management according to IATF16949. Control document of plant, ensure meet with system and customer standard requirements.
61 Drive plant quality performance through deploy PQ model (Progressive Quality) of NOS(Novelis Operating System)

61 Maintain and enhance quality system based on IATF16949 standard.
61 Reinforce employees’ Quality mindset and maintain quality advance in auto sheet industry.
61 Lab system to meet product and process requirement.
61 Continue to improve key supplier’s performance to meet with business requirement.
61 Drive the improvement through NOS and achieve quality KPIs.
61 Team management
Job Requirements：
61 Bachelor (above) of engineering course
61 10 years of Auto business，5 years Metal business (aluminum or heat treatment is better) as Quality leader or manager
61 Solid knowledge on IATF & Lab，6 Sigma/ PM/ TPM etc. certifications are a plus
61 Good oral and written English，strong communication and interpersonal skill
