2. coordinating with direct customers/other offices and other team, e.g. sales /buyer/quality to facilitate order process

3.monitoring the production schedule , inspection plan and delivery process at vendors.

4.maintaining the order tracking file as order system database

5.chasing prompt and accurate documentation from vendor to ensure customer/other offices’ prompt import at destination

6.assisting payment process at customers/other offices to help with smooth document transit from vendor to final customer

Project experience

9, strong skill for consolidation shipment, organize vendors to deliver goods to platform in the warehouse and lead the consolidation container shipment per customer requests.

10. clear the exports process and guide shipping documents with vendor side, familiar with forwarder and warehouse working process. clear the cost details of forwarder side and balance/manage the cost for shipment.

11, manage storage list of customer.

12, chasing the vendor’s invoice to financial department and follow payment process.
