1. Conduct comprehensive assessments of new suppliers and products02

3. Coordinate new product development (NPD) with internal departments

协同内部部门推进新产品开发（NPD）项目

4. Perform cost analysis and lead negotiations to achieve cost reduction

开展成本分析并主导谈判以实现降本目标

Requirements 任职要求:

1. Bachelor’s degree, major in International Business, Supply Chain or related is preferred

本科及以上学历，国际商务、供应链管理等相关专业优先

2. 5+ years in global sourcing/purchasing (APAC region preferred)

5年以上全球采购/寻源经验（亚太地区经验尤佳）

3. Proven negotiation skills with cost-saving track record

具备成熟谈判技巧及成本节约实绩

4. Advanced cost analysis capabilities

精通成本分析

5. Fluent English (CET-6) and Mandarin for cross-border communication

英语六级及以上水平，中英文流利（需跨境沟通）

6. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel for data analysis)

熟练使用Microsoft Office（擅长Excel数据分析）

7. Strong interpersonal skills
