Equipment Manager

1.负责设备技术员的培训与管理工作；Responsible for the training and management of equipment technicians.

2.协助设备工程师完成日常工作；Assist equipment engineers in their daily work.

3.参与新设备的研发，以及现有设备的技术改造与维修工作；Participate in the research and development of new equipment, as well as the technical renovation and maintenance of existing equipment.

4.对设备问题进行总结，并负责相关知识的培训与传递；Summarize equipment issues and be responsible for the training and transmission of relevant knowledge.

5.解决生产设备出现的各种异常问题；Solve various abnormal issues that arise with production equipment.

6.处理光学贴合车间内的设备故障，包括但不限于OCA（光学透明胶）和OCR（光学透明树脂）全贴合设备的维护与开发；Handle equipment malfunctions within the optical bonding workshop, including but not limited to the maintenance and development of full lamination equipment using OCA (Optical Clear Adhesive) and OCR (Optical Clear Resin).

7.负责设备的调试工作，确保设备性能达到有效状态；Be responsible for the commissioning of equipment to ensure optimal performance.

8.根据生产需求，不断改进和优化设备设计，以提高生产效率和产品质量；

Continuously improve and optimize equipment design according to production needs to enhance production efficiency and product quality.

经验要求Professional Experience

1.5年及以上的设备开发经验;At least 5years equipment development experience.

2.有（显示屏）贴合经验优先；Have bonding experience.

3.英语CET-4及以上；English CET-4.

4.AutoCAD中级证书；Auto CAD Intermediate certificate.

5.维修电工中级证书；Intermediate certificate of maintenance electrician.

6.积极进取且勤奋踏实；Aggressive and Diligent.
