职位描述
Job Description:
1.Set clear target for each client, driving sales and target monitoring each month to reach good performance;
2.To work due-diligently in developing new potential on trade accounts in Shenzhen;
3.Follow up directly for product introduction, business contract, holiday promotion, winery activities with all clients;
4.Maintain good relationship and deliver professional customer service to current clients, including order arrangement, new item proposal, product training, onsite support, etc;
5.Conduct regular sales visit for all the active accounts to develop further business partnership;
6.Be responsible for payment collection for the assigned accounts and reach collection target each month;
Promotion
1.To design, plan and implement effective promotion and activity to facilitate sales of EMW products in targeted account under the guidance of company.
2.To follow up the plan in implementation of nationwide promotion and campaign.
3.Other takes related to sales or assigned by the supervisor.
Requirement
1、Bachelor degree or above;
2、At least five years working experience in wine, F&B or other relevant fields;
3、Have good customer service, familiar with local hotels, restaurants and wine shops;
4、Outgoing and pleasing personality, good team player;
5、Dynamic, self-motivated and able to work under pressure;

3.直接跟进所有客户的产品介绍、商务合同、节日促销、酒庄活动;
4.保持良好的客户关系,为现有客户提供专业的客户服务,包括订单安排、新产品建议、产品培训、现场支持等;
5.定期对所有活跃客户进行销售拜访,进一步发展业务合作关系;
6、负责所分配账户的收款工作,每月完成收款目标;
促销
1.在公司的指导下,设计、计划和实施有效的促销活动,促进EMW产品在目标客户的销售。
2.贯彻落实全国推广活动计划。
3.其他与销售有关或主管交办的工作。
要求
1、 本科以上学历;
2、 五年以上葡萄酒、餐饮等相关行业工作经验;
3、 有良好的客户服务,熟悉当地酒店、餐厅和酒楼;
4、 性格开朗开朗,有良好的团队合作精神;
5、 有活力,有上进心,能承受工作压力;
