Who you are:

The purpose of this job is to exceed customers’ expectations by focusing efforts to provide a high level of service e.g. lead time improvements, special order handling along with financial savings through supplier negotiation and transportation. To proactively work with securing quality, deviations, problem solving, and driving improvements which enable the standard order flow.

About the job:

·02020202020202020202Discuss and align with multi stakeholders for S&OP.

·02020202020202020202Coordinate and confirm with head office / sales company / factory for forecast and order booking.

·02020202020202020202Regular meeting for supply scope clarification and orders following up.

·02020202020202020202Order registration in the ERP system, revert OA with validated price and delivery date.

·02020202020202020202To contact sales company/customer for making shipping preparation per contract articles.

·02020202020202020202Coordinate shipping issues and assist Finance to issue invoice after delivered.

·02020202020202020202To prepare monthly report and maintain/analysis sales data.

·02020202020202020202Deal with claims from customers timely and efficient.

·02020202020202020202To act as an overall product owner internally in AL Qingdao to support project execution, implementation of new products

·02020202020202020202To act as technical specialist for the department to other stakeholders such as customers, suppliers, or other departments.

What you know：

Knowledge and skills:

·02020202020202020202Bachelor or above degree.

·020202020202020202025 years or above working experience in manufacturing industry.

·02020202020202020202Knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft applications: PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

·02020202020202020202Well-developed commercial understanding with knowledge of cost accounting and financial analysis.

·02020202020202020202Highly developed analytical skills with demonstrable creative problem-solving experience.

·02020202020202020202Project management experience is preferred.

·02020202020202020202Excellent Communication Skills – logical and organized (in both Chinese & English).

·02020202020202020202Ability to relate from the shop floor to the executive levels.

·02020202020202020202Experience in NPI process would be an advantage.
