？ Use the Advanced Product Quality Planning process to ensure objectives are met

？ Track and report the status of the tooling project, following the ratio of expenses against budget and monitoring quality, cost and delivery performance (i.e. presentations, meetings, customer visits...)

？ Be in charge of communication with the customer and for providing documentation

？ Keep up to date documentation related to new tooling

？ Manage Engineer Change Requests (quoting, implementation, etc...)

？ Ensure the new tooling equipment conforms with the Group's Health, Safety & Environment standards

？ Validate the tooling (Run at Rate)

？ Contribute to the improvement of tooling standards

？ Train the operators on the safe operation of new tooling equipment, properly identified, and provide them with tooling instruction

？ Propose and implement continuous productivity and quality improvement actions concerning subcontracting and tooling department services

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have/be:

？ Master's degree in Engineering

？ 3 to 5 years of experience within the automotive industry

？ Experience in project management

？ Economics skills (cost tracking)

？ Working knowledge of Quality systems and Health, Safety & Environment practices

？ Strong teamwork skills, interpersonal and communication skills

？ Ability to work in a matrix organization

？ Minimum bi-lingual (English required)

？ Avability to travel
