质检員 (厨房家电用具)

职位职责

1. 透彻理解产品的质检及测试方案並能与工厂进行有效的沟通；

2. 与采购部共同谋划生產优質安全可靠产品并結合在开发过程中；

3. 调查生产缺陷，分析不合規格产品原因, 并根据客人對质量投訴作出准确改善品质的处理;

4. 评定供应商的质检过程及拟定矯正方案以确保出產优良產品;

5. 激发团队並提供解决问题的決議。

职位要求

1. 大专或大专以上学历；

2. 要求有5年电器及塑膠產品经验；

3. 熟識电器產品安全規格;

4. 有小型厨房家电用具经验者优先考虑;

5. 具有较强的组织能力，并注重细节；

6. 具有团队合作精神；

7. 谨慎，有上进心，能在高压力条件下工作；

8. 有良好的中英文表达能力，协调能力及独立分析、解决问题能力；

9. 熟悉运用 MS Office；

Job Description – Quality Controller (Household/Kitchen appliances)

Reports to Merchandising Manager and Quality Assurance Manager

Position Responsibilities

· Understand all inspection and testing protocol and be able to communicate with factories;

· Work closely with the merchandising team and develop an excellent product safely, quality and reliability review process that is integrated into the product development process;

· Responsible for investigation and adjusting customer complaints regarding quality;

· Evaluate all of our existing vendor's quality systems and identify the corrective actions each of them must make in order to achieve good quality.

· Motivate team members and provide leadership for problem resolution.

Position Requirements

· University graduates or equivalent.

· A minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical and plastic products.

· Familiar with Safety Standard of Home Appliances.

· Experience in the small kitchen appliances beneficial.

· Well organized and detail-oriented.

· Team player mentality and attitude.

· Be mature, self-motivated and be able to work under high pressure.

· Excellent command of English and Mandarin is a must.

· Good knowledge of MS office.
