LRQA is looking for an experienced, passionate and solutions-oriented Knowledge Manager for our Assessment products. This includes our in-field social and environmental audit services as well as our desktop assessment activities such as worker surveys, self-assessment questionnaires, equivalency and corrective action plans. The Knowledge Manager, Assessment will be a part of our Product and Analytics team that designs, develops and helps roll-out innovative and world class responsible sourcing services. This role will work with both the Product and Analytics team (in Hong Kong) and with our local coordinators and delivery teams in our key Assessment hubs, to help standardize and build capacity across our core Assessment products to ensure delivery success. The Knowledge Manager helps ensure our Assessment team members can access and use the information they need for excellent delivery.

Responsibilities 岗位职责
a) Contributes to the knowledge management strategy and plan for the organization;
参与制定组织的知识管理策略和计划;
b) Prepares Assessment product overviews, tutorials, best practice case studies and maintains a high quality and up-to-date set of content for Assessment audiences;
编写评估产品的概览、教程、***实践案例研究,并为评估受众维护一套高质量且最新的内容库;
c) Designs and roll-outs a training and capacity building schedule for Assessment products across different regions and business units in collaboration with existing internal teams;
设计并推行针对不同区域和业务单元的评估产品培训与能力建设计划,与现有内部团队协作完成;
d) Sets up and runs knowledge sharing events including new joiner orientations and a calendar of training sessions for coordination, Assessment and supporting teams globally;
建立并组织知识共享活动,包括新员工入职培训以及面向全球协调、评估和支持团队的定期培训课程安排;
e) Promotes collaborative internal knowledge sharing groups using Microsoft Teams and through workshops etc. to build robust and active communities of practice across regions;

f) Monitors / evaluates the success of knowledge sharing activities alongside delivery metrics;

g) Works effectively across the organization with stakeholders, delivery teams, trainers, and subject matter experts to develop and support new and existing Assessment products;

h) Helps establish an organisational culture that promotes and supports knowledge sharing;

Requirements 岗位要求:
a) 5-7 years of experience in relevant field;
5-7年相关领域工作经验
b) Assessment and project management experience required;
需具备评估及项目管理经验;
c) Experience in environmental, social and governance issues in supply chains;
拥有供应链中环境、社会与治理(ESG)相关议题的经验;
d) Has basic understanding of knowledge management principles and techniques;
基本了解知识管理原则与方法;
e) Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin);
出色的中英文书面及口头表达能力(普通话);
f) Recognises the benefits and skilled at collaborative working;
认同协作价值并擅长团队合作;
g) Able to work independently with minimum supervision;
能够独立工作且需最少监督;
h) Efficient multi-tasker and able to coordinate people at all levels of an organisation;

i) Capacity to work across different time zones / hold meetings outside of regular hours;

j) Responds positively to pressure and working in a dynamic, fast paced environment;
