2、 负责薪酬核算体系的执行与优化，确保工资、奖金等核算准确、合规、及时

Responsible for the execution and optimization of the compensation accounting system, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely calculations of salaries, bonuses, etc.

3、 负责公司管理人员工资月度核算，复核生产员工工资核算的准确性，统筹全公司员工的工资核算、发放，确保及时准确

Manage monthly salary calculations for company executives, review the accuracy of production staff payroll, coordinate company-wide salary accounting and distribution, and ensure timeliness and precision.

4、 每月进行薪酬数据分析，发现问题及异常，并提出改善建议，为管理层决策提供数据支撑

Conduct monthly compensation data analysis, identify issues and anomalies, propose improvement recommendations, and provide data-driven support for management decisions.

5、 及时收集并研究国家相关政策、法规，确保薪酬核算合规合法，并及时在组织内进行培训宣贯

Timely collect and research national policies and regulations to ensure legal compliance in compensation accounting, and organize internal training and communication.

6、 负责对集团内薪酬核算岗位的业务培训、检查和指导

Responsible for professional training, inspection, and guidance for compensation accounting roles across the group.

任职资格:

1、本科及以上学历，财务管理、统计学等相关专业

Bachelor's degree or above in Financial Management, Statistics, or related fields.

2、5年以上薪酬核算经验，其中至少2年制造业相关工作经验，熟悉生产型企业薪酬结构

with over 5 years of compensation accounting experience (including at least 2 years in the manufacturing industry). Familiar with salary structures in production-oriented enterprises.

3、持有中级会计师、人力资源管理师等资格证书优先

Certifications such as Certified Intermediate Accountant or Human Resources Manager are preferred.

4、精通国家劳动法、社保公积金政策及个税计算规则

Proficient in national Labor Law, social insurance and housing fund policies, and individual income tax calculation rules.

5、熟悉制造业常见薪酬模式（如计件工资、倒班津贴、技能等级工资）及核算逻辑

Familiar with common manufacturing compensation models (e.g., piece-rate wages, shift allowances, skill-based pay) and their calculation logic.

6、对数字高度敏感，能处理复杂数据

Highly sensitive to numerical details, capable of processing complex data.
