Response for new type vehicle EE product project management:

o 参与制定项目先期计划

Help to defined the timing plan.

o 负责协调各专业team工作进度确保按项目节点

Coordinate each team to achieve the milestone.

o 电子电器零部件实验/认可状态跟踪

EE components DVP/PV plan and status.

o KPI控制

KPI control.

? 在进行跨部门的项目时候为专业协作组之间的合作提供支持

Support the EE team when the cross department cooperation.

? 周项目例会向领导汇报项目进度情况等

Weekly report meeting of project status.

? 与所有参与合作伙伴一起进行跨车型的协调及商定，以便使得流程相一致.

Make sure the process consistency with our partners.

任职资格:

? 熟悉整车或总成部件设计开发流程。

Good knowledge in vehicle and system development process.

? 有汽车研发或相关的项目管理工作经验。

Experience in vehicle development or related project management.

? 熟悉车辆电子电器结构，了解相关工作原理如（驾驶辅助，在线服务，信息娱乐等车辆电气系统）。

Knowledge of vehicle EE system, such as (ADAS, Telematics, Infotainment, etc. vehicle system).

? 需要有良好的德语能力和英语能力（有相关项目协调经验可不对德语要求），由大众项目经验优先。

Good German and English in writing and speaking. VW experience is plus.

? 较强的沟通以及组织协调能力。

Good communication and coordination skill.

? 较强的工作环境中抗压能力。

Can work under high pressure.

? 有跨国文化环境下的工作交流的能力。

Intercultural communication skills.

? 独立工作，并自我激励。

Self motivated, Independent working abilities.

? 车辆工程，自动化，电子信息，机械，等相关专业本科及以上学历。

Bachelor or master degree in vehicle engineering, automation, information technology, mechanical.

? 有车辆开发项目管理经验的专业要求可放宽。

With experience of vehicle industry project management experience.

? 熟练使用MS office相关工具。

Skillful for MS office in PPT, WORD, EXCEL.
