BD Manager

1.Support head to drive the implementation China for China strategy, and accelerate business growth within China market

2.Position, develop and expand products by using your business network to high end fashion brands

3.Create new and use existing value and supply chain partners (yarn- and fabric makers, etc.), in order to develop and expand the business as well as manage these as Key Accounts

4.Establish distribution channels, execute branding and establish the communication by engaging with other functions to drive this business unit

5.Co-branding collaborations, marketing campaigns (with support / guidance from global marketing team)

Process Responsibilities

6.Connect and coordinate with Regional Business Development, Branding / Communication, Technical Customer Service and Application Development

7.Weekly management report submission

8.Coordination for marketing licenses etc.

Principal Accountabilities/Main tasks

1.Lead the development of China BD strategy by City/Channel/Portfolio, find out potential business opportunities, deploy the strategy and business plan to accelerate growth & target achievement.

2.Find breakthrough business module which will better leverage our competitive advantage. Drive BD activities to generate new business with new and existing brands, retailers, supply chain partners.

3.Co-branding collaborations with target brands/retailers

4.Creation of content and Marketing activities for China with support and guidance from global marketing team

5.Manage and monitor the market dynamics and competition landscape, collaborate closely with value chain partners in order to develop actions in order to ensure achievement of agreed priorities.

6.Responsible of daily commercial operation, data analysis, reporting and team management

Position Requirements

7.Minimum 10 years of proven track record of developing business, selling products, market introduction of new products

8.Past experience of successful development of a business from small to sizable scale
