Quality System Engineer

1. College Degree or above in Automotive Industry or Mechanical Engineering

汽车或机械制造本科及以上学历

2. Minimum of 3 years experience in the field of Quality System Management

3年以上质量体系管理经验

3. Know IATF16949 standard well

熟悉IATF16949质量管理体系

4. Ability to communicate and interact well with people in all departments

6. Fluent written and spoken English & Fluent use office software

职责/Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Organize to prepare, audit, implement Quality system document, and take the responsibility for passing the 3rd. party register and annual re-audit, get relative certification.

负责组织公司质量体系文件的编写、审核、实施，并负责组织公司通过国际质量标准认证和复审。

2. Prepare annual internal audit plan and organize to implement as schedule.

制订年度内部质量审核计划，并组织实施。

3. Prepare Management Review plan and finish Management Review report.

编制管理评审计划并完成管理评审报告。

4. Daily Quality system(IATF16949 & MQS) and BIC document system running & maintain.

负责公司质量体系(IATF16949 & MQS)和BIC 文件系统的日常运行和维护。

5. Issue & inform Quality system relative document & audit results to overall employees.

发布并通知全体员工关于质量体系的相关文件和检查结果。

6. Continuous improve our Quality system as customers and our development requirements.

根据公司和顾客的最新要求，不断更新程序文件，使质量体系的运行更有效，更符合顾客的需求。

7. Take the authority to stop the actions which deviate our Quality system rules.

有权阻止违反质量体系文件规定的行为。

8. Take the authority to check & punish for deviation actions of Quality system rules.

有权对贯标过程中的违规行为进行检查和考核。

9. Complete the operation report of quality department.

完成质量部门运行报表工作。

10. Comply with the designated ISO 14001 responsibilities, Environmental Management Systems (EMS), Health and Safety and company rules and guidelines.

遵守ISO14001、EMS和健康安全规定、公司规定和指导方针。

11. Observes standards for safe working conditions as outlined in the applicable Chinese Regulatory Act as well as rules and regulations outlined in the employee handbook.

遵守安全工作环境标准，遵守员工手册规定一样遵守职业健康安全行为准则。
