Senior Manager, Acquiring & Business Development

Responsible for the growth and measurable performance and results delivery of merchant number.

61 Teamwork with internal teams across different functions to deliver EC value of prospects.

61 Work with external clients (big bank, TPPs, merchants) and partners (solution vender, ISO, etc.) to develop EC acceptance and manage E2E implementation process.

61 Lead projects with manageable risks and resource requirements. Have accountability for ongoing activities and objective.

61 Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.

61 Complete tasks assigned by leaders.

Job Requirements

61 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. Master is good to have.

61 proven experience as business development or account management.

61 8 years+ working experience is necessary.

61 MS Office, MS Project, MS Visio, Confluence and Power BI/ Tableau

61 Excellent command of English

61 General understanding of payment processing systems and operations

61 Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies

61 Knowledge of MNC financial institution business

61 General understand credit payment systems and processes

61 Strong communication and presentation skills in English, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders

61 Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams

61 Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

61 Courageous to take challenges and to deliver of efficiency

61 Able to be work in a high business rhythm environment
