测试工程师

- Experience in implementing newly developed products in serial production and profound knowledge of manufacturing-related challenges during ramp-up

- Ability to assess technical capabilities of suppliers to introduce and deliver products in required quality and quantity, achieving the cost target

- Knowledge of principles and methods of Lean manufacturing and quality management are a plus

- Proven project management capabilities, ability to steer topics highly self-responsible

- Fluent in Mandarin and English (verbally and written)

University degree in mechanical or industrial engineering, material science or similar

At least three (3) years of work experience related to production engineering and/or product development.
