Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy and Execution:
61 Develop and execute a regional sales plan aligned with company goals to meet or exceed revenue targets.
61 Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
61 Lead efforts to grow share in key sectors, including aerospace, defense, automotive, and industrial.
61 Ensure consistent pipeline management using the company’s CRM system to track opportunities and forecast accurately.
Customer Relationship Management:
61 Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers at customers, distributors, and manufacturer representatives
61 Manage and grow existing accounts while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
61 Provide technical support and product recommendations tailored to customer needs.
61 Act as the primary point of contact for any customer issues, ensuring timely resolution and high levels of satisfaction.
Team Collaboration and Reporting:
61 Work closely with internal teams, including product development, operations, and marketing, to align sales efforts with company initiatives.
61 Provide market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitive insights to support product innovation and improvements.
61 Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, key wins, and areas of opportunity to senior management.
Qualifications:
61 Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Business, or a related field.
61 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the electronic components or semiconductor industry.
61 Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
61 Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
61 In-depth knowledge of electronic components, including circuit protection, RF, and power conditioning products.
61 Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office.
61 Ability to manage complex sales cycles and work with cross-functional teams.
61 Proficient English language skills
