Strategic purpose of the position:
The Strategic Sourcing Buyer is responsible for managing identified categories of spend, its suppliers, internal stakeholders and the sourcing strategy. The assigned spend category constitutes significant opportunity with the delivery of saving and business value.
61 Category Coverage: mainly for Marketing Material (POSM)-Generic POS & Temp POS, indoor and outdoor visibility, sales tools, etc
61 Market Coverage: China mainly, have category level boarding experience with Asia markets of Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, India, Vietnam, Laos, Nepal, Myanmar, Cambodia, and represents approx.
61 Spend Coverage: 45MM DKK
Job responsibilities：
Strategic Sourcing:
61 Category Buyer is responsible for strategic sourcing in whole process including the sourcing strategy development and sourcing execution and implementation.
Procurement Operations:
61 Responsible for utilizing effective sourcing approaches as execution to deliver business target and achieve best total value with process compliance.
61 Initiates and drives effective communication internally and externally to ensure delivery of securing supply, cost efficiency, quality and speed-to-market.
61 Support the journey of Procurement Digitalization, esp. procurement data processing, analytics and insight.
Supplier Management:
61 Develop/implement qualified supply pool within the assigned scope of work
61 Assist or lead performance reviews with key suppliers and internal stakeholders to evaluate supplier performance for continuously improvement.
Qualification & Personal Attributes:
Competency Requirement：
61 Capable to communicate with stakeholders with higher level
61 Solid procurement experience to manage projects independently
61 Solid sourcing skills, familiar with portfolio management, source to pay process and can drive related optimization
61 Experienced in supplier management
61 Experienced in data analysis
Qualifications：
61 Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering or business related major
61 Min 3 years’ experience in procurement or supply chain in multinational company, has POS or Indirect is a plus
61 Capable to handle multitask with demanding timeline
61 Self-motivated; result-oriented
61 English: fluent orally and writing
61 Good interpersonal skills and teamwork spirit
61 Good communication skills and sensitive to data
