产品质量工程师 Production Quality Engineer

1.As quality owner for product NPI stage, drive product *** pass yield improvement and problem solving.

2.Create Quality Standard for each new model when transferring from TMS to PP.

3.Collaborate with team to achieve quality objectives.

4.As approver from Quality when transferring a new model from TMS to PP/MP.

5.Identify all issues during product lifecycle built before transferred to MP.

6.Work with cross function team to improve product yield during its lifecycle.

7.Take lead of root cause analysis and action taken for process issues with CAPA/8D raised.

8.Train IPQC/OQC for product inspection and testing.

9.Review and approve/reject new model lifecycle change from Quality function.

Qualifications

1.More than 5+ years experience worked in quality department.

2.With good quality sense and data-driven mindset.

3.Good at driving problem solving with using CAPA/8D methodology.

4.Fluent at speaking, listening and written English.

5.Background of product design or manufacturing process.

6.Good at communicating with others.

7.Knowledge about the audio related products.

8.Proactive, open mind.
