Key Responsibilities
Quote responsibilities: check, amend, re-check on quotes, as requested; which include printing out quote sheets and attach where appropriate.
Offers responsibility: producing offers and sending to the clients, and manage itinerary changes on behalf of Sales (where needed)
Go-Ahead responsibilities: prepare Go-Ahead documentation for the Operations team, attach the offer letter, final itinerary, original quotes and other documents on behalf of Sales (where needed)
Provide admin and documentation support to Sales team, in relation to market situation, destination/ competitor analysis, agent profiling, existing account management, reports, etc.
Other support duties as and when assigned by manager.
Role Requirements
TO SUCCEED IN THE ROLE, YOU SHOULD HAVE
Service-oriented with very positive working attitude
Ability to prioritize work effectively, work independently with minimum supervision.
Attentive to details and sensitive to figures.
Organization skills and ability to multitask in a fast paced work environment.
Highly motivated and a good teamwork player
Knowledge of European destination is an advantage
