注:此岗位为外包岗位,和第三方签合同
工作职责:
1.Fulfil daily CS tasks efficiently and completed with high-standard services
高效完成日常 CS 任务,并完成高标准服务
2.Maintain customer relationship at working level
在工作层面维持客户关系
3. Confirm AR with customer, as well as monitor unbilled / outstanding AR
与客户确认应收帐款,监管未开票/未结算应收帐款
4.Collect customers’ scope of service and quotation from Sales and confirm detailed service arrangement with Sales if necessary
收集客户的服务范围和销售报价,必要时与销售部确认详细的服务安排
5.Work together to solve problems and customer complaints
共同解决问题和客户投诉
6.Provide required information with supporting documents timely and accurately to ARAP for data input in Yunas
及时准确地向 ARAP 提供所需信息,以便输入 Yunas 的数据
7.Coordinate with ARAP to find out reason of data variances
与 ARAP 协调,找出数据差异的原因
8. Connect, contact and collaborate with YLK network offices for handling overseas referred business
与YLK办事处联络、合作,处理海外业务
岗位要求:
1.College degree and above.
大专及以上学历;
2.Minimum 1 year' experience in ocean freight forwarding industry.
1年及以上海运货代经验;
3.Be familiar with the general requirements & operation process.
熟悉一般要求和操作流程。
4.Fluent English comprehension; verbal, written skills.
流利的英语理解能力;口头的,书面的技巧。
5.Well communication skill with internal customers, external customers.
与内部客户、外部客户沟通能力良好。
6.Well coordination skills
良好的协调技能
7.Good sense of problems solving and improvement
良好的解决问题和改进意识
